Hi, I’m Hopper

I’m here to help you get fit for the adventure of life—whether that’s a long-distance hike, a personal transformation, or simply feeling stronger in your body everyday.

Reach out and let’s chat about how I can help.

How I got here

For years I’ve searched for a way to help people that felt true to who I am. My path wound through social work, community programs, and animal welfare, but it wasn’t until the quiet of the pandemic that movement and nature pulled me home. Backpacking reawakened a part of me I’d forgotten, ultimately leading me to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail in 2022. Five months of walking brought clarity, connection, and the trail name “Hopper,” a reflection of both my light pace and the lightness I hoped to bring others. That journey planted the seeds for Hopper Fitness—a coaching practice grounded in empathy, sustainable change, and the belief that movement can be joyful, freeing, and deeply transformative. Today, I help people build strength and confidence through simple, consistent actions so they can feel capable of meeting whatever life brings.
